Domestic travelers, please be sure to provide all the passenger’s first and last names as they appear on the government issued ID’s that they will be traveling with.
International travelers, please be sure to provide all the passenger’s first and last names as they appear on the passports that they will be traveling with.
All discounted airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. Unused tickets have zero value after the original departure date.
All travelers are required to present a valid, government issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, at the airline’s ticket counter at check-in. In case of minor children, Unaccompanied minors have stricter rules and parents should check with the airline regarding those rules.
International return flight may be changed as per airline rules in the fare.Bookings and airfares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued. Fares may change if ticketing is delayed or there is a problem with the credit card. Please be sure to enter all your information correctly to avoid any delays.
All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights within an itinerary. Failure to reconfirm onward travel may result in complete cancellation of all following reservations. We always advise you to reconfirm your flight before departure.
All passengers with confirmed reservations must check in at the airline’s ticket counter to receive their boarding passes. It is recommended that passengers arrive two hours in advance for domestic flights and three hours in advance for international flights. These recommendations have been made by the Transportation Safety Administration and are subject to change.
Seats and Meals: Seat assignments and special meal requests can be made to the airline but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and will be adjacent to the primary passenger, based on seat availability at the time of purchase. You may check and reconfirm your seat and request a special meal (if the airline allows it) between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure by contacting the airline directly.
Payment can be made by certified check, cashiers check , or credit card (Visa, MasterCard) for all purchases. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every ticket order.
Third Party Credit Card:When purchasing airline tickets for someone other than yourself, or when credit card holder is traveling with passengers that have a different last name, the credit card holder must authorize the charge by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form and faxed to us within 12 hours of purchasing the tickets. Failure to fax the Credit Card form may result in cancellation of reservations at the company’s discretion.
Most airlines limit the number of bags that each ticketed passenger is allowed to bring on a flight. For most airlines this is two checked bags and one carry-on.
The maximum weight for each bag is 70 pounds and the maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) for checked baggage. A carry-on item may not exceed 55 inches (length + width + height) and must fit under a seat or in an overhead bin. For more information on specific rules regarding baggage and weight limits please contact the airline directly.
You can purchase foreign currency online at airport before you leave on your trip. This service helps you avoid long lines in a foreign airport, unnecessary fees, and inflated exchange rates at airports, hotels, and banks. Avoid the new 3% currency surcharge on overseas purchases when using your credit card by purchasing “Currency Price Protection” before you travel.
